He Will Not Disappoint!
They do have some top-notch HVAC technicians. One in particular that deserves special recognition is Rock Hudson. He and his trainee came out to replace our failed compressor yesterday, which involved a lot of work in the hot sun. As hot as I was inside, it was much worse for them. From the moment they arrived until the moment they left, they were professional, courteous, polite, prepared, explained exactly what was happening throughout the entire process, and before they left we were up and running!!! We hit the lotto when Rock Hudson and his trainee pulled our number. I recommend when you have to call the Service Department, ask for Rock Hudson! He will not disappoint!

Shout out to Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing - Sanford (Sanford). My A/C went out last night. I called this morning and was originally told no one was available until tomorrow after 12 p.m. At 5:15 they called and said a tech was on the way. The gentleman that came out doesn’t live far from me and made the stop at my house on his way home. He found a bad capacitor and had me up and running in about 45 minutes. My wife and dogs (especially my bulldog) thank you. It was 90° in my house when he arrived. It’s already down to 83°.

He cleaned my system, checked my filter, and was very respectful of my property.
