Making an appointment for a day/time to fit my schedule was very easy.On the day of the appointment I got a call to let me know the technician may be early.The technician was very professional and had very good customer service skills. He listened to the problem I was having before starting his diagnostic tests. After finishing the work, he pointed out things I could do to help the system work more efficiently. I had just had breast cancer surgery when one of my A/C units suddenly shut down. I called Del-Air, explained my dilemma and within two hours two techs were at my door. Dependability. Professionalism. Great service in an emergency. You can't ask for more than that. Also love their maintenance service contracts....well worth the reasonable price for peace of mind. Thank you, Del-Air for coming to my rescue again!

Just today there salesman Tim Graf came out to my home for a free estimate. I need my 5 ton AC replaced with a new unit. There sales team made contact with me within 30 minutes of my request of a estimate they also are the first ones readily available to meet me for the estimate.Tim Graf was well dressed and very professional and knew his business. I was impressed and really liked him. I am shopping around for other proposals but I can give this company a 5 Star by just how professional they have been so far.

Our technician Felix was fantastic! He came to fix our A.C. on July 4th and was not able to get the part due to the holiday, but he didn't leave until he got our unit running in a temporary fix! There was no up-selling or shenanigans, the service was quick and direct. Felix was professional and skilled, we were very happy with the level of service received. We will definitely use Del-Air again!

Del Air had a repairman to my house in less than an hour on the weekend. The repairman was courteous and thorough as he checked out my HVAC system. He kept me informed on what he checked and what he found. He replaced my faulty thermostat and ensured my system was draining properly. The repairman was prompt and efficient. I would definitely use Del Air again.

Great company. They understand the meaning of customer SERVICE. Our unit went down 2 days before a closing walkthrough. Del air diagnosed the issues, was able to get the part expeditated and fixed the air conditioner in time for a successful closing. I will be there customer forever.

We get a reasonable rate for work done twice per year to keep our unit running. It's 12 yrs old. I don't think it would be operating if it had not been for regular care and checkups.

Let me just tell you how Jacob saved the day. I had three different techs come out to my house. The first was adequate, the second was an ass who thought he knew everything and talked to me like I was a moron. Then there was Jacob. Jacob came in and saved the day. The other 2 where in and out in 30 minutes. Jacob took the time to find the problems, look for solutions and make sure all was right with us before he left. Jacob you are the man. You restored my faith in Del-Air and we will forever be greatfull for your professionalism and knowledge. Last year I purchased my new home. Del-Air performed the Air Condition installation. The unit has performed flawlessly. Since my home was newly constructed I received information from Del-Air regarding various service plans. While trying to make my decision, I spoke to Janet Fauser in Customer Service. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping me make my decision. During the past year I also spoke to Barbara Davidson. She helped me order the correct filters for my unit and made certain that they were delivered in a timely manner. Recently, Victor Feliciano, the service technician, came to my home to inspect and service my unit. Victor was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was very thorough and explained all the work that he was performing. As a result of my interaction with various Del-Air employees it is obvious that they take a lot of pride in their work and that customer satisfaction is extremely important. I have developed a tremendous amount of confidence in Del-Air and will continue to utilize their services. I have highly recommended Del-Air to several neighbors.

The tech was upfront about all charges before the work was done. Service was done in the time frame that I was told it would be done. This is the second time I have had del-air out to my house to do work on my a/c unit and both times I have been pleased with there work.

Oliver was on time, extremely professional and very knowledgeable on our issue. He quickly got our system back in top running condition and he made it look so easy with his abilities. We've had Del-Air as our heating and a/c service for over 4 years. We've been very pleased. From the first contact via telephone at the home office to the service tech who comes to our home, every staff member is professional and friendly. Our a/c went out a couple of months ago on a brutally hot Saturday and Del-Air was able to get someone out to our home that afternoon. The technician, Eric, worked diligently for over 2 hours in the heat and was able to repair the problem. Couldn't have asked for better responsiveness and, again, professionalism was top-notch.

Clean and respectful. The guys put on covers on their shoes every time they walked into the house. They were able to find what was wrong with the AC/thermostat and they fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you!

This year is my first year having an annual preventative maintenance contract with Del-Air. The service technicians that came out for both visits were friendly and knowledgeable. They both let me watch what they were doing and explained the different things that they were checking, important things to look for, and also explained my results in depth. It was nice to not only have them come out to complete the preventative maintenance but to also have them treat me like a person and not a number. I will definitely continue to give my business to Del-Air going forward.

Ray answered our call in a flash, late on a Saturday night. We just moved into our new home a few months ago. I was ready to give him grief 😉 I thought something was wrong with our Air conditioner that's only a few months old. His Spirit and professionalism quickly calmed all of my fears. It turned out that I simply didn't know how to operate the unit. Yikes!!! Ray didn't make me feel bad. He checked everything out and went above and beyond the call of duty to explain what I was doing wrong. It was late at night. He really seemed to care. He's one of the best we'very had. He's definitely an asset to Del-Air.

Had a Carrier Unit installed, almost a year later a minor problem occurred, Del-Air Sent out tech same day, problem was found and fixed on the same visit. All under warranty so no cost. Planning on using Del-Air for my second unit when its time for replacement. Great Product, Great Service, & Good Value.

They really know how to service their customers. They know just how to suggest what type of Air Unit you need to have based on the size of your home n the time you are going to be using the system and save on energy versus just flipping a switch for temporary relief!I would recommend this company to anyone needing to replace or service their units!

I was very impressed with my service technician Ozzy. We went over my symptoms the unit was experiencing and his investigative approach led him to find the culprit of the problem. We initially thought it was one thing, but he kept looking further into what was going on an isolated another problem that resolved my unit not cooling. Had he rushed because I was the last call of the day I would have had to call back and have someone return for the same issue but he kept digging and found what was really going on. My unit is actually cooling better than it has now since I bought the home over a year ago. Ozzy was very thorough, polite, and professional in his demeanor, but combined with being an excellent technician he's got a great career ahead of him. His attitude and excellent work ethic was a nice surprise. Thank you for the great work!

The Supervisor I spoke to when I mentioned my issue was extremely helpful in getting someone out to me right away to fix the problem. My A/C condensation drain line was really badly clogged, and I tried everything I could find online (DIY) to get it unclogged, with no success whatsoever. When the technician (Ozzy) showed up, he was courteous and professional, and did everything he could to fix the issue at hand, for which I am extremely grateful for his hard work and diligence. His persistence led to my issue being fully resolved, and even when he was hard at work he was very personable and friendly, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to come out and help me. This experience has made me a Del-Air customer for life, and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone!

I have a health issue concerning the heat here in Florida. When I contacted Del-Air on 08/15/2018 and asked them for a cost estimate on replacing my dying A/C system. Well, if they didn't do it I would not believe it if I heard it. The 'it' is Del-Air got everything approved, installed and up an running in 7 days (about 8 hours, only on the A/C installation). Thanks Del-Air. My worries over the heat are over now. As for the Del-Air technicians, Mark and Guillermo, they were fantastic. They answered my questions and explained the importance of proper maintenance program to a problem free system. Mark did such a great job in my garage installing the Air Handler system and stand, now I have to clean my garage to make it match Marks work. Guillermo installed the condenser unit outside and the way in which he installed the unit and insulated the copper and electrical lines from exterior damage by encasing the lines inside a piece of 4 inch conduit pipe and burying on end deep enough into the ground to keep it place for a long time to come.

We called for service early Friday morning and our technician was at the house by 10:00 am. Amazingly quick response! Manny diagnosed the problem ( my fault ) and fixed it in record time, all the time with a friendly, professional attitude. He gave good instructions on how to avoid the same problem again, left with a smile, a "Thank you for using Del-Air" and us glad we trusted Del-Air with our maintenance contract. We will certainly be asking for Manny again for any of our a/c needs.

Our HVAC system died on a Sunday night in what felt like the hottest week of the beginning of summer. Called Del-Air on Monday and expected to be told it would be days. Within two days we had a representative and by the end of the week, we had a crew ready early in the morning. They worked diligently, non-stop until the job was done. Del-Air is a huge company, so understandably opinions from various customers cover an entire gamut. I had a truly exceptional (and, to be truthful, unexpected, as I had never used them before) encounter. Starting with the sales specialist and ending with several technicians who completed the install, they were oustanding. Every effort has been made to tweak even the last potential problem, so technicians came twice and checked or reinstalled a single duct until it was perfect. I seldom write comments, and even rarer are my praises, this time I feel compelled to write and mention the point man for Del-Air, Ken Berry. They have a customer for life now (I am 72 so this is not such a big compliment), but give them a try...

Company was very responsive to our service request. Both office staff and tech (Sammy) did a fantastic job when our A/C failed. From start to finish the repair only took 3 days and that's considering it was right before the 4th of July Holiday. Del Air has provided excellent service through our association with them. From the initial purchase of the system, to regular PMs, and trouble calls, we are continually impressed. This is the kind of customer service that retains loyal customers, and gains new customers by word of mouth.

My AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called Del-Air on Sunday and left a voicemail after 730a requesting emergency service. I did not hear from them so I placed a follow up call after 8p. I quickly received a callback informing a service tech would be there in 20 min. The service tech was polite and conducted a thorough examination. The tech had the necessary equipment to conduct the repair. The tech ensured the AC was working properly after the repair and advised the commonality of the issue. The charge amount was very reasonable. (Thank you Romaine!!!) I now know same day service is uncommon during the summer but I am highly appreciative that I received it.

Had an appointment scheduled for Thursday 08/16/2018 due to a/c being out but it came back on shortly after so the appointment was scheduled for 2 days later, but a/c went out the night of the 14th so called Wednesday morning to see if appointment could be moved up to Wednesday. Appointment was moved up, but the agent forgot to make a note so when it came time to send a technician they saw the appointment for Thursday and canceled the earlier appointment on Wednesday. Called around 4:30 or so and was informed by Helen that the appointment was for Thursday and not Wednesday. Explained to Helen that we had called earlier in the morning and arranged to move the appointment up. was informed by Helen that their system did not show that, only an appointment on Thursday. Was very upset. no a/c. 90 degrees. not happy we would have to wait until Thursday with no a/c. Nothing much I could do so accepted that we would have to wait till Thursday and ended the conversation with Helen. 10 minutes later received a call from Helen, she apologized very sincerely that the the person taking the call that morning did not put a note in the system about moving the appointment up. She arranged to have a technician come out at that time. Patrick Mayor not sure of spelling was the technician that arrived. Pleasant, professional and very personable. very knowledgeable. The a/c was up and working within the hour. cooling better that it has since install 10 years ago. My AC died on a Friday during the peak of summer. Del-Air was able to send a tech out on a Saturday morning to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the system reached the point where a replacement was in order. When speaking to someone from the Del-Air sales team, it sounded like the only time available for an install would be 7 days later, but after negotiating (and the kindness of another client), Del-Air was able to swap installation schedules to get me in on a Wednesday (3 days earlier).The installers came out exactly on time, explained everything in detail, took great care to not damage anything on the property, and managed to do the entire install, setup, and training within 5-6 hours.

Awesome service! Definitely look here first!The tech was super-polite, showed up the next day on time for the appt, was very professional and explained what was going on with the system. They actually spent a ton of time with me showing me the system, answering questions, and they charged far less than competitors! Highly recommended!

My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday evening and they had a technician that evening, at 10 pm, come out to fix it. Manny the technician was wonderful and promptly had my air conditioning up and running within an hour. Great job!

Awesome fast. This company has earned its reputation. I'm happy and cool. Called this morning, had my AC cooling before noon. Repairman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought some shoe protectors to avoid getting dirt on my carpet every time he would go in and out of the house. Very satisfied with the service. Recommended! A+

Fast service, very knowledgeable tech, very satisfied customer. Our A/C was out, called at 7am tech showed up at 4pm. Within 5 minutes had the problem diagnosed & 30 minutes back up & running. Would recommend highly. Bill (the tech) was very polite & courteous. Del-Air did a great job. Bob

I needed service on a Sunday and Del-Air was there for me. No extra charges for a weekend service visit. The tech was thorough and got everything taken care of. He offered tips on how to keep things running clean and smooth to prevent issues in the future.
