Under our maintenance agreements, we care for every aspect of your home, from your heating and air conditioning equipment to your plumbing and electrical systems. Our maintenance agreements include:
- Preventative HVAC maintenance: We will thoroughly inspect your thermostat, evaporator coil, drain pan, blower motor, blower wheel, test drain line, filter safety check, accumulator, refrigerant levels, defrost controls, capacitors, condenser coil, compressor, fan motor, and contactor*
- Plumbing inspection: Our team will perform a water heater test and test all faucets, toilets, and exposed drain and water lines under your cabinets*
- Electrical inspection: We will conduct an electrical panel evaluation; inspect the main service, meter base, grounding system, and GFCI breakers; test GFRI receptacles and breakers; and check outlets, switches, lighting, smoke detectors, and the circuit directory*
