The Precise Comfort Maintenance Plan includes two annual visits, a thorough inspection, and no overtime charges. It's built for homeowners who would rather catch a problem in June than find out about it in November.
The Legacy Plan covers parts, labor, and annual maintenance for 10 years after a new system installation. Take, for example, a homeowner who puts in a new system and then spends the next decade wondering what each repair is going to cost. The Legacy Plan removes that question entirely.
