Maintenance Plans and Long-Term Coverage

Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, LLC offers two maintenance programs, and both are open to you now.

The Precise Comfort Maintenance Plan includes two annual visits, an 84-point inspection, and no overtime charges for plan members. The inspection is specific. Technicians verify thermostat calibration, clear and inspect drain lines, test refrigerant charge pressures, and confirm all safety devices are functioning, along with dozens of other checks.

The Legacy Plan covers parts, labor, and annual maintenance for 10 years after a new system installation. No surprise bills. No separate service calls for covered issues. If you are considering a new system, this plan removes most of the financial risk from the next decade of ownership.

A Few More Things Worth Knowing

We service all brands and models. You do not have to replace your existing equipment to get full service coverage.
