They Have Been Great for 13 Years
Del-Air just installed two new HVAC systems on our home. We have used them for 13 years. They replaced one system in our old house and now two in our current house. Over the 13 years they have been great. We always purchase the 10-year Extended Warranty for labor and also the twice-a-year maintenance program. For the systems just installed, the sales representative Mark was wonderful. He did not rush and explained all aspects of the installation down to every detail. Then the installation crew of five workers were amazing. They were very careful when taking the handlers upstairs as to not bump the walls, molding, and recently refinished kitchen cabinets. They explained everything about the operation of the systems and cleaned up everything better than I have seen other companies who have worked on my homes. The professionalism of the entire staff, even the phone representatives, have always been pleasant and helpful. I usually don’t post or comment on business, but Del-Air has given us such good service for 13 years I felt I needed to give them the credit they deserve.
