First, they were prompt with scheduling an appointment. They called when Leroy was on his way. He was courteous and helpful. Although I thought I had scheduled an appointment for maintenance, it seems my contract expired. Leroy called the office and it was confirmed. I advised him I would call to reschedule once I sign up for the maintenance contract. Leroy changed my filter, which I provided, and I had a question about my thermostat, which he was knowledgeable about. I was mostly impressed when he told me there was no charge for the visit. Del-Air is my go-to company. Thank you, Del-Air, for being there for me.
