First, they were prompt with scheduling an appointment. They called when Leroy was on his way. He was courteous and helpful. Although I thought I had scheduled an appointment for maintenance, it seems my contract expired. Leroy called the office and it was confirmed. I advised him I would call to reschedule once I sign up for the maintenance contract. Leroy changed my filter, which I provided, and I had a question about my thermostat, which he was knowledgeable about. I was mostly impressed when he told me there was no charge for the visit. They do have some top-notch HVAC technicians. One in particular that deserves special recognition is Rock Hudson. He and his trainee came out to replace our failed compressor yesterday, which involved a lot of work in the hot sun. As hot as I was inside, it was much worse for them. From the moment they arrived until the moment they left, they were professional, courteous, polite, prepared, explained exactly what was happening throughout the entire process, and before they left we were up and running!!! We hit the lotto when Rock Hudson and his trainee pulled our number. I recommend when you have to call the Service Department, ask for Rock Hudson! He will not disappoint!
