Florida HVAC Rebates

HVAC Rebates

Energy-efficient improvements to your home or business can be expensive. To help offset the cost of upgrades, Orlando home and business owners can take advantage of a Florida tax credit for air conditioners, as well as rebates on water heaters and chillers. Here are a few of the programs that are offered.

Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning offers this information as a public service but cannot be responsible for any of the content. Utility programs change without warning and you must verify the program is active with the associated utility or government agency.

Duke Energy

To qualify for residential energy improvement rebates from Duke Energy, homeowners must first have a home energy checkup. After you have the energy checkup and a licensed and insured AC contractor (Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning is licensed and insured) has made the improvements, single-family homes are eligible for the following rebates:

We had our A/C go out late in the night and Del-Air was here the next afternoon and replaced our capacitor for us. They didn’t try to sell us any new units or service contracts. Just good old fashioned quality work on what was needed to get us going again. I’ll definitely be calling them again.

The technician showed up promptly, actually earlier than expected. The main tech was very knowledgeable and troubleshot the problem immediately. I've been using Del-Air since I moved into this house and highly recommend them for anybody requiring A/C maintenance.
