T-Shirts for Turkeys
This November, Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, LLC is proud to be the Featured sponsor of The JOY FM’s T-Shirts for Turkeys, a Florida tradition that has fed families for more than 20 years. 
This initiative provides a complete holiday meal directly to local families facing food insecurity.
Last year, this drive collected over 41,000 turkeys statewide. This year, our team members will be right there at the drop-off sites to help make it even bigger.
Our technicians, plumbers, and electricians spend every week in homes across the state, and we know true comfort goes beyond working air conditioning and reliable electricity.
From Ponte Vedra to Palm Coast to Bradenton, our team members are personally donating frozen turkeys and volunteering their time at collection stops. This event builds on our ongoing work with the Southeastern Food Bank, where we have helped deliver more than 10 tons of food over the past two years.

Supporting Local Families Through Direct Donations
Participating in this statewide food drive is straightforward and designed to maximize impact for local food banks.
You can contribute in two primary ways to help stock the freezers of shelters and ministries in your area:
- Donate one frozen turkey at any participating collection stop
- Provide a $15 cash donation or a $15 gift card from a local grocery store to serve as a paper turkey
Receive a newly designed JOY FM T-shirt as a thank you for your contribution. Every donation supports more than 30 Florida food banks and shelters, providing Thanksgiving dinners to families who need them.
Where Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, LLC Comes In
From November 9-12, our teams will help staff multiple drop-off sites across all our locations: Tampa, Sarasota, Jacksonville, Volusia, and Orlando North, South, and West.
Two team members will serve at each site. They’ll help set up, greet donors with a smile, and connect with our neighbors.

Building a Record of Community Action
Our involvement in this drive is part of a sustained effort to address local needs through direct action. As the first presenting sponsor of T-Shirts for Turkeys in 2025, we align with the tangible commitments our team has already made across the state.
- Our ongoing partnership with the Southeastern Food Bank has resulted in over 10 tons of food donated over the past two consecutive years.
- Employees from our eight Florida locations are volunteering their personal time to assist at various collection events.
- Our company is providing a direct lump-sum contribution in addition to our staff's individual efforts.
