Designed to help you stay on top of your systems’ tune-up schedule while saving you money on your ongoing service needs, our maintenance plan takes the guesswork out of your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system safety and functionality. Our 84 point inspection includes:
- Verify thermostat calibration and system temperatures.
- Inspect and test indoor unit.
- Verify proper airflow to all areas of the home.
- Inspect, clear, and test drain line.
- Breakdown and clean outdoor unit inside and out.
- Test refrigerant charge pressures and temperatures.
- Verify all mechanical operations are within manufacturers specifications.
- Test major components, compressor and motors internal integrity.
- Verify safety devices are present and functioning.
