- Preventative HVAC Maintenance: We will thoroughly inspect your thermostat, evaporator coil, drain pan, blower motor, blower wheel, test drain line, filter safety check, accumulator, refrigerant levels, defrost controls, capacitors, condenser coil, compressor, fan motor, contactor*
- Plumbing Inspection: Our team will perform a water heater test and test all faucets, toilets, and exposed drain and water lines under your cabinets*
